2. Information we collect

• Your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number
• Your company name and role, when you provide them
• Billing details you enter at checkout. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Course activity, including lessons completed, quiz and test results, written answers, and any video, audio, or document files you submit as an assignment
• Messages you send us by chat, email, text, or phone

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit
• Cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 7

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your questions and provide customer support
• To deliver the courses, platform access, and services you purchased

4. Text messaging and mobile information

We send text messages only to people who have given us permission, by agreeing in our website chat, by texting us first, or by giving written permission on a signed agreement or order form.

Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages are used only to send you the messages you agreed to receive from Gold CRM. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer that information to anyone for their own marketing use.

We may share your mobile number with the telecommunications vendors that carry our messages, and only for the sole purpose of delivering the message to you. Those vendors are not permitted to use your number for any other purpose.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Your submission is reviewed by authorized members of our team. You may ask us to delete a submission after your course is complete.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, measure how the site is used, and, where you have consented, to measure advertising. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Turning off cookies may keep parts of the site from working correctly.

8. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Course records and certificate records are kept so completion can be verified later. You may request deletion as described in Section 10.

9. How we protect information

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and limits on who inside our company can view customer data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for your account and tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

10. Your choices and rights

• Stop text messages. Reply STOP to any text from us.
• Stop marketing email. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
• Access or correct your information. Email [email protected] and we will provide or correct the information we hold about you.
• Delete your information. Email [email protected]. We will delete what we are not required to keep by law and will tell you what we must retain and why.
• Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under state privacy laws.

We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising any of these rights. We respond to requests within 30 days.

11. Children

Our website and services are meant for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
